Our Team

The staff at Machane Kachol-Lavan is the heart and spirit of the experience we offer our campers. Comprised of IAC staff as well as Israeli Shlichim (Emissaries) and local Israeli-American counselors.

All team members are carefully selected for their professionalism, creativity, Israeli background, camp experience and sense of responsibility. All are required to attend both a pre-camp training and orientation program. We require our staff to have adequate knowledge in Israeli culture, Jewish heritage, fluent in Hebrew and English and they must know how to have FUN!
